approved by the school management, paid fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.Parents must verify all payment details, student details, fee amount, and payment information
before completing any online transaction.Parents should retain the payment receipt generated through the Parent App for future reference.
Online payments are considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway and
the school system.In case of payment failure, duplicate transactions, or technical issues, parents should contact the
school office with transaction details.
Late payment charges, if applicable, will be levied as per the school's fee policy.Cheque payments (where applicable) will be considered successful only after clearance from the
bank.Any applicable convenience charges, transaction charges, or payment gateway charges will be as
per school policy.In case a cheque submitted towards school fees is dishonoured for any reason, a penalty of ₹300
along with all applicable bank charges levied by the concerned banks shall be borne and paid by
the parent.
